For voluntary returns, shipping costs (approx. 35% of product value) are deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed to your bank account only. Reverse pickup is completed within 24 to 100 hours by our shipping partners. Refund processing begins once the product reaches our factory and typically takes 7 working days to complete.
