Quality of Goods

• 1-year warranty against borer infestation on all solid wood furniture
• Seasoned and chemically treated wood ensures durability and reduces natural expansion
• Natural materials like marble, stone, and solid wood develop character over time—minor blemishes are inherent to authentic materials

Manufacturing Defects

• 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects in woodwork
• We repair, exchange, or refund faulty products after quality verification
• Service at your original delivery address within 7 working days of complaint
• Hardware and accessories covered for 6 months from purchase
• Fabric defects honored within 24 hours of delivery if reported immediately

Exchange Policy

• Warranty period remains unchanged for exchanged products
• Products purchased at 50% or more discount are sold as-is with no warranty

Assembly & Delivery

• Assembly defects covered for 72 hours after delivery
• Replacement confirmed within 48 hours for transit damage (subject to availability)
• Delivery limited to ground floor without adequate elevator access

Customized Products

Exchange and refund eligible only for manufacturing defects or borer infestation.

What's Not Covered

• Upholstery replacement (unless specified)
• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Damage from improper installation, storage, or misuse
• Water damage or sun discoloration
• Breakages to glass, mirrors, or stone tops after delivery

Product Care

Wood, Stone & Metal: Dust regularly with soft cloths. Avoid wax, heat sources, direct sunlight, and moisture. Never place hot or cold drinks directly on surfaces.

Soft Furnishings: Use dry cleaning for removable covers. For non-removable upholstery, contact a professional cleaner for spills.
